Breitling Professional Hercules
The Professional Hercules is using the Breitling 39 caliber which is a combination between the ETA and the Kelek models with an automatic movement being a COSC-certified chronometer. It has 38 jewels and runs at high frequency of 28,800 vph.
It is like a chronograph with three counters: small seconds located at 3, hour and minute counter at 6, and a 24-hour counter positioned at 9.
The case is manufactured of non-magnetic stainless steel with a diameter of 44.8mm and 15.7mm thickness. The sapphire crystal is flat with anti-reflective on both sides and the bezel is knurled ring and may be turned bi-directionally which is integrated with the flange along the dial.
North, south, east and west are also indicated on the bezel as well as scaling for 360°. The case back is screwed down with embossed Breitling logo. It has a screw-down crown with case protection and two pushers positioned at 2 and 4. The water resistance is up to 100m.
The dial are black, silver, slate gray and blue. These versions have a silvered sub-dial. The flange has IFR/VFR scale and it may be rotated bi-directionally together with the bezel. It also has a minute track with ¼ second division.
The sub-dials have a rhodium-plated circumference. The rhodium-plated sword-shaped central hands and sub-dials are all luminescent. The baton markers also have luminescent dots on them.
It is used with the Professional bracelet with fold-over safety device buckle.
